The studio can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children maximum or 3 adults; There are 2 single beds and 1 queen size sofa-bed (bedding included); Full kitchen, TV, Wifi, heating, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels.

Fenced garden accessible directly from the apartment, where guests can eat under a gazebo and have a wood BBQ at their disposal (wood supplied). Safe for children. Bottle of wine D. O. C. offered on arrival.
The owners are always present (live upstairs), available for advice and suggestions. Possibility to book pick-up service at the airport or train station upon arrival and departure.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in St. Lucia, near Verona, known for the veneration of the saint of Syracuse, protector of the eyes and the blind. St. Lucia is 3. 5 km from the city center, easily reachable in 5-10 min by car or by bus (stop 100 m from the house). Nearby are La Fiera di Verona (2 km), the FS (2. 4kKm), the airport (6 km) and the Borgo Trento Hospital is 4 km away, as well as Borgo Roma. Bus available for these locations. The entrance to the Verona Nord motorway is 3. 5 km (A22, Brennero-Modena), Verona South entrance (A4 motorway, Milan-Venice).

Even though we love animals, they are not accepted;
The apartment is reserved for the guests, it is not allowed to invite or give access to other people than those registered, it is not possible to organize parties and other activities out of respect for the neighbors, the district being very calm. It is forbidden to smoke inside, it is possible in the garden, avoiding to dirty the lawn.

À proximité, on retrouve La Fiera di Verona (2 km), la gare FS (2. 4 km), l’aéroport (6 km) et l’hôpital de Borgo Trento est à 4 km, ainsi que celui de Borgo Roma. Bus disponibles pour ces lieux. L’entrée de l’autoroute Verona Nord est à 3. 5 km (A22, Brennero-Modena), entrée Verona Sud (autoroute A4, Milan-Venise).

Même si nous aimons beaucoup les animaux, ils ne sont pas acceptés;
L’appt est réservé aux hôtes, il n’est pas permis d’inviter ou de donner accès à d’autres personnes que celles enregistrées, il n’est pas possible organiser des fêtes et autres activité par respect des voisins, le quartier étant très tranquille. Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur, possible dans le jardin, en évitant de salir la pelouse.
